この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SOFT-JP（以下「当方」）が運営するウェブサイト「soft-jp.com」（以下「当サイト」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者の皆様（以下「利用者」）は、本規約に同意したうえで当サイトをご利用いただくものとします。 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website "soft-jp.com" ("Site") operated by SOFT-JP ("we", "us", or "our").   2. 当サイトからリンクする各個別サービス（Anota、Tomeoki、Lapizly、Renta、TermioWin、各種オープンソース等）をご利用いただく際は、各サービス固有の利用規約およびライセンス条件が適用されます。 When using individual services linked from this Site (such as Anota, Tomeoki, Lapizly, Renta, TermioWin, and various open-source projects), the specific terms of service and license agreements of each respective service shall apply.
  3. 利用者の個人情報およびプライバシーの取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーによります。 The handling of your personal information and privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.

第2条（知的財産権とコンテンツ）Article 2 (Intellectual Property and Content)

  1. 当サイトに掲載されている文章、画像、ロゴ、デザイン、プログラム等に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。 All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, designs, and programs on this Site belong to SOFT-JP or their respective authorized right holders.

第3条（禁止事項）Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

利用者は、当サイトの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。 In using this Site, you must not engage in any of the following activities:

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order

第4条（当サイトの中断・変更・終了）Article 4 (Suspension, Changes, and Termination)

  1. 当方は、システムの保守・点検、障害対応、天災地変その他運用上・技術上の理由により、利用者に事前に通知することなく、当サイトの全部または一部の提供を中断または停止することができます。 We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site without prior notice due to system maintenance, failure response, force majeure, or other operational or technical reasons.
  2. 当方は、当サイトの内容を事前の予告なく変更、追加、または終了することができます。 We may modify, add to, or discontinue the contents of the Site at any time without prior notice.

  3. 当サイトからリンクされている外部サイトの内容や、外部サイトの利用により生じた結果について、当方は責任を負いません。 We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this Site or any consequences arising from your use of them.

第6条（本規約の変更）Article 6 (Modification of Terms)

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に事前の通知なく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、当サイト上に掲載された時点より効力を生じるものとします。 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on this Site.

第7条（準拠法および管轄裁判所）Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. 本規約の解釈および適用にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. 当サイトの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合には、名古屋地方裁判所または名古屋簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court or Nagoya Summary Court in the first instance.
